E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
It is really simple to set up forwarding for any email address configured inside a cloud hosting account with us. This can be achieved either when you make a new e-mail address using your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, or at any moment afterwards because the forwarding may be enabled and disabled for any current mailbox with just a few clicks. It's also possible to choose if a backup of the inbound messages will be kept on our servers, a really useful feature. This will be a fail-safe if the remote email address is not accessible for whatever cause, not mentioning that you will also have a copy of all your emails. When this option is not enabled for a given e-mail on our end, an inbound email will be received and sent forward, so zero record of it will remain on our server. If the remote mailbox is inaccessible temporarily, you will simply lose this e-mail.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you have a semi-dedicated server from our company, you will need simply a couple of clicks in the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the email addresses created on our end to a third-party e-mail address. In the same section you will also have the ability to see how many of your mailboxes are forwarded and exactly where the inbound emails are sent. It is easy to enable or disable a forwarding account at any time and during the process you could also choose if a backup of the email messages has to be maintained on our servers or not. Even if this option is not a requirement, it is quite valuable as you will get a backup of the messages on our end just in case that anything occurs with the third-party mailbox. Even if they've got just a momentary issue, you run the risk of losing email messages as when our server receives and forwards an e-mail message, nothing at all will be stored on our end if you haven’t selected a copy to be maintained.
